Return policy
At SIY Stores, customer satisfaction is our priority.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be: • Unused • In original condition • In original packaging
How to Request a Return
- Contact us at contact@storessiy.com within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization and instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
- Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days), we'll notify you of approval
Important: Do NOT return items without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect: • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery • Provide photo or video proof • We will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund
Non-Returnable Items
• Used items • Items not in original condition or packaging • Sale or clearance items (unless defective) • Items damaged due to misuse • Returns initiated after 30 days • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of approval or rejection.
If approved: • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method • Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account

There are no additional shipping fees for standard delivery.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

• You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed
• Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

• Apartment or unit numbers are included when applicable
• The recipient name matches the delivery address

7. Delivery Issues
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:
• Check with neighbors or building management
• Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
• Check around your delivery area (mailbox, porch, etc.)
• Contact the carrier using your tracking number
If your package is still missing after 48 hours, please contact us at:
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
• Take photos of the packaging and product
• Contact us within 48 hours
• Provide your order number and photos
We will review the situation and arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.
Delayed Packages
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time:
• Check your tracking information
• Contact the carrier for updates
• Contact us if your package is delayed more than 5 business days beyond the estimated delivery window
8. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to:
• Incorrect address provided by the customer
• Refused delivery
• Multiple failed delivery attempts
We will contact you to arrange reshipment.
